By accessing or using ClipMetrix ("the Service"), operated by VIDEOSBYRAF ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ClipMetrix is a content performance analytics platform that aggregates publicly available metrics from social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and provides AI-powered insights, reports, and competitive analysis for content creators and agencies.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or access the Service through automated means outside of the provided interface
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization

ClipMetrix accesses publicly available data from social media platforms through their official APIs and public interfaces. By connecting your social media accounts:

• You confirm that you have the right to access the data from those accounts.
• You understand that metric accuracy depends on data provided by third-party platforms.
• You may revoke access to connected accounts at any time through your account settings or through the respective platform's authorization settings.

By connecting your social media accounts to ClipMetrix, you agree to be bound by the respective platform's terms of service. ClipMetrix may access your connected accounts to read analytics data and, when you explicitly initiate, publish or manage content on your behalf.

YouTube

By using ClipMetrix's YouTube integration, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. ClipMetrix may read channel statistics, video metrics, and analytics data; upload and schedule videos; and manage video metadata. Revoke access via Google security settings.

Instagram & Facebook

By using ClipMetrix's Instagram or Facebook integration, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service. ClipMetrix may read account insights and post metrics, and publish content to your Instagram business account or Facebook Page. Revoke access via Facebook Business Integrations settings.

TikTok

By using ClipMetrix's TikTok integration, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service. ClipMetrix may read your profile data and video metrics, and upload content on your behalf. Revoke access via TikTok security settings.

LinkedIn

By using ClipMetrix's LinkedIn integration, you agree to the LinkedIn User Agreement. ClipMetrix may read your profile data and post impressions, and publish content on your behalf. Revoke access via LinkedIn permitted services settings.

You are solely responsible for any content uploaded or published through ClipMetrix to any connected platform. You can disconnect any account at any time through your ClipMetrix account settings.

ClipMetrix uses artificial intelligence to generate content insights, performance analyses, and content suggestions. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or downgrade.

The ClipMetrix platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by VIDEOSBYRAF. You retain ownership of your own data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipMetrix and VIDEOSBYRAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from third-party platform changes or outages.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
