ClipMetrix is a content performance analytics platform operated by VIDEOSBYRAF ("we", "us", "our"). Our platform helps content creators and agencies track short-form video performance across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Account Information

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• Name and organization name
• Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)

Social Media Data

• Public metrics from connected social accounts (views, likes, comments, follower counts)
• Post content and captions from public profiles
• Channel/account statistics available through platform APIs

When you connect a social media account via OAuth, we request access to your account data, analytics, and content management capabilities. The specific data accessed depends on the platform:

• YouTube — channel stats, video analytics, content upload and management
• Instagram — business account insights, post metrics, content publishing
• Facebook — page insights, post engagement, content publishing
• TikTok — user profile, video metrics, content upload
• LinkedIn — profile data, post impressions, content publishing

Content management actions (uploading, scheduling, publishing) are performed only when you explicitly initiate them through ClipMetrix's features.

Usage Data

• Pages visited and features used within ClipMetrix
• Browser type, device information, and IP address
• Error logs for improving service reliability

• To provide and maintain the ClipMetrix dashboard and analytics features
• To generate performance reports and AI-powered insights
• To send you service-related notifications (e.g., scrape completions, weekly reports)
• To improve our service and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate ClipMetrix:

• Google YouTube Data API v3 & Analytics API — to retrieve channel statistics, video metrics, audience data, and to manage content on your behalf via OAuth
• Meta Graph API (Instagram & Facebook) — to retrieve account insights, post metrics, and to publish content on your behalf via OAuth
• TikTok API — to retrieve user profile data, video metrics, and to upload content on your behalf via OAuth
• LinkedIn Marketing API — to retrieve profile data, post impressions, and to publish content on your behalf via OAuth
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — to generate content insights and reports
• Sentry — for error tracking and performance monitoring
• Telegram Bot API — for optional notification delivery

Each third-party service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

ClipMetrix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we limit our use of data obtained through Google APIs to providing and improving the ClipMetrix analytics and content management features that the user has requested. Write actions (uploading, scheduling, editing) are performed only when explicitly initiated by the user. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to ClipMetrix's core functionality.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Social media metrics are retained to provide historical trend analysis. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (AES-256)
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Hashed passwords using bcrypt
• JWT-based authentication with token expiry
• Role-based access controls

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke OAuth access to connected social accounts at any time, either through ClipMetrix settings or directly through each platform's settings
• Export your data in a portable format

ClipMetrix uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication (JWT tokens) and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
